For many this may be your initial experience living in a planned community such as Green Valley Resorts Homes. It is the goal of the Board of Directors and the Management Company to make this a memorable experience for you. The value of any given property in the community is affected by the appearance of other properties. Because GVRH is a planned community everyone must understand the need for compliance with the governing documents. The defining documents for residence in the community are the CC&R’s and the By-Laws. These documents define all aspect of how the community functions and further defines the responsibilities of Owners and the Association. To make these documents readily available to you, they are provided on this page as PDF files. Also provided are the forms that may be needed on a day-to-day basis, the budget for the current year and the minutes of the last meeting of the Board of Directors.
